Distribution and Manufacturing Warehouse, North Nottinghamshire

New quality 8270m2 warehouse project comprising 3 stories of design offices, a reception, warehouse space and associated ancillary accommodation.

Originally occupied by an ageing steel framed warehouse and car storage compound, this project will involve the construction of a double span, hit and miss, steel portal frame warehouse with associated office and welfare facilities.

The site posed some challenges, with areas of the existing ground contaminated with asbestos, as well as a 5m level difference across the site. This required a cut and fill exercise to minimise material removal and importation.

The proposed scheme is set to boost the local economy by providing additional employment opportunities upon completion.
