Proven Experience – Solid background in structural design across all common building materials, with a strong grasp of relevant design standards and principles. You will be a chartered member of either the IStructE or ICE.

Leadership Potential – Confident in leading project delivery, mentoring less experienced team members, and managing workloads to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Software Proficiency – Skilled in key software design packages such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds and AutoCAD. A working knowledge of Revit and BIM processes is considered a plus.

Problem-Solving Ability – Demonstrated success in tackling complex technical challenges and delivering innovative, practical solutions.

Collaborative Communicator – A team-oriented professional who communicates clearly and thrives in a collaborative environment, coordinating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
