We have been appointed to provide civil and structural engineering main services working with TP Bennett Architects for Victoria Hall Student Accommodation who provide award winning student accommodation in 16 UK cities and also in Spain and Germany.
The project comprises the provision of enhanced communal amenity areas in 10 of their student accommodation developments around the UK with 4 sites being new build single storey accommodation and the remaining 6 being adaptations of the existing space.
The exciting new space for the students will include a study room, cinema/TV room, games room, lounge and canteen/vending area.
