Topping out ceremony at London Road, Brighton

It was a pleasure to be invited to the London Road topping out ceremony in Brighton.

The event marked another significant milestone in the construction of the new student accommodation facility, which will ultimately take shape as a dynamic mixed-use development boasting 156 bedrooms and a generous 450m² of retail space. With our involvement in the project spanning from its initial due diligence phase through to the planning application and RIBA Stage 2, it was a great opportunity to see the building taking shape and to mark the occasion with the wider project team and some local residents.

The development represents a crucial step in the ongoing revitalisation of Providence Place Square. With a commitment to high-quality design, the construction promises to enrich the local community, benefiting both long-standing residents and the vibrant student population.
