The Oaks Phase 2 and 3 Site Walk

HWA were pleased to be invited for a tour of the completed Oaks Phase 2 and 3 student accommodation site in Coventry to see the finished project first hand.

We began the day with a quick stop off for breakfast rolls before making our way to the site office for a H & S briefing followed by a short presentation on the project. We were then given a tour around the impressive new site.

The Oaks is a high-end development of 639 bed accommodation for Student Roost, located in the heart of Coventry and will be available to the students at Warwick University this year.

Well done to the team at HWA for all their hard work over the last couple of years and we look forward to visiting more completed sites in the future.
