Meet the Team

Richard graduated from University of Derby with a degree in Civil & Infrastructure Engineering. Whilst studying he worked for a local engineering consultancy as a CAD technician and continued with them on completion of his studies.

Over the following years he worked mainly on residential schemes for large contractors. A particular favourite was producing the drawings for the Castleward Urban Regeneration Scheme in Derby.

Richard joined HWA in March 2016 and is now a Senior Technician. He has worked on care home, residential and student accommodation schemes and is experienced in both AutoCAD and Revit Structure 3D.

A keen real ale drinker, Richard also enjoys the gym, although chasing his two terriers probably keeps him fitter!
