He is also an enthusiastic supporter of nationwide engineering competitions, frequently acting as a judge or event volunteer.

Omar’s passion for creativity in engineering shines through in his work. He values the opportunity to make a tangible impact on communities, taking great pride in seeing projects come to life and making a real-world difference. Having transitioned between industry and academia before returning to practice, Omar has developed into a well-rounded engineer. His experience has equipped him with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a drive for innovative thinking. He places high importance on collaboration, clear communication, and mutual respect, both on projects and within the wider company.

Outside of engineering, Omar makes time for hobbies that help him unwind and recharge. One of his newest passions is keeping chickens. A surprisingly rewarding pursuit that now fills his kitchen with a colourful supply of fresh eggs.
