MICHAELA TOWERS
Practice Manager

Michaela Towers is a highly experienced and dedicated professional, with over 30 years’ of experience in office administration. She joined HWA in 2004 as an Assistant Administrator and progressed into the role of Office Manager in 2009 and Practice Manager in July 2022.

Michaela is responsible for the efficient running of the office and ensuring all administrative and business processes run smoothly and adhere to company and quality standards. She is a keen advocate of creating and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, suppliers and staff and is an integral member of the senior management team.

In addition to her professional duties, Michaela utilises her organisational skills in the very important task of arranging staff social events.

As a lifelong dancer, Michaela can always be found burning up the dancefloor at parties.
