Meet the Team

Michaela Towers is a highly experienced and dedicated professional, with over 30 years’ of experience in office administration. She joined HWA in 2004 as an Assistant Administrator and progressed into the role of Office Manager in 2009 and Practice Manager in July 2022.

In her current position, Michaela oversees the smooth and efficient running of the office, ensuring all administrative and business processes operate seamlessly and in line with company and quality standards. She is a strong advocate for fostering positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, and plays a key role within the senior management team, supporting the directors in nurturing HWA’s strong organisational culture.

Alongside her professional responsibilities, Michaela puts her exceptional organisational skills to good use by coordinating staff social events; an important part of maintaining team spirit.

A lifelong dancer, Michaela is always the first to hit the dancefloor at celebrations, and she has recently discovered a new passion for reformer Pilates.
