Jo Heffernan joined HWA in 2009 and has been an essential asset to our team ever since.

With a wealth of experience from previous administrative posts, she thrives on the variety of work that is required of her.

Jo plays a vital role in ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and that quality management procedures are adhered to. She is often the first person clients speak to when they contact HWA by telephone and she enjoys maintaining the positive working relationships we foster with our clients and suppliers. As the document controller for incoming drawings and outgoing issues, Jo is an invaluable resource for the team.

Outside of work, Jo is a keen horse rider and her evenings and weekends are mostly spent pandering to the every need of her beloved horses.
