Meet the Team

Dave is an experienced engineer and construction professional who has been in the industry for over 17 years.

He started his career in construction as a Trainee Technician, and after several years of retraining went on to complete a BSC (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University. Dave is now a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Dave has worked in a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Student Accommodation, Leisure and Ministry of Defence. His most notable accomplishment to date is his role as Principal Engineer on the award-winning Vijay Patel Building at De Montfort University and Nottingham University Heart of Campus projects.

Dave’s first degree was in Sports Science and Management. He is an avid sports enthusiast, especially skiing and hockey, and is a coach for his local hockey team. In his free time, Dave loves to spend time with his family including his two children; chasing after them probably keeps him fitter than any other activity!
