Vogue Studios, Brighton

This Project is a striking five storey, 72 bed purpose built student accommodation building with associated amenity areas in a single block of accommodation located centrally on the ‘Vogue gyratory’ in Brighton.

Formerly the site of a derelict public house, this site was redeveloped to provide 72No high quality studio flats (some with a sea view!).
Building design quality was key to the planning success and the resulting building was constructed of a prefabricated timber frame off a reinforced concrete transfer structure.
The surrounding highway footpath was remodelled to suit the significant level changes across the site and repaved including street furniture to complement the ongoing improvements to the public realm.
