We have been involved in Phase 1 of this substantial site development, which was completed in 2020. The next phase was for a further total of 680 student bedrooms comprising studio flats and en-suite rooms.

Formerly home to vacant office buildings, the area has been redeveloped, accommodating a historic watercourse running through it. We provided civil and structural engineering consultancy services from pre-planning through to post contract and construction stages. With less than a 10 minute walk to the University of Warwick, the whole development forms the only purpose-built student accommodation next to Warwick’s university campus, on the outskirts of the city centre.

With the expansion of the accommodation completed in 2022, this new phase can offer dedicated rooms for postgraduate and international students. The resulting high-quality accommodation includes a gym, study areas, TV room and a rooftop terrace.

The project also included the building of several units for the National Mathematics and Science College, which sits next to the site.
