Redevelopment of the site at 77 Talbot Street in Nottingham, previously occupied with an outdated office block. This was demolished to make way for the new Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).

This inner city area is known for its popularity among students with links to Nottingham Trent University. It has seen similar regeneration developments over the last few years. The new PBSA will provide social benefit by relieving pressure on community housing.

The site posed several engineering challenges being tightly positioned between 2 modern buildings all sitting on uneven ground levels. Despite these constraints, our structural and civil engineering team delivered a comprehensive consultancy service, including transport planning, preliminary risk assessment and ground investigations.
