Three projects in close proximity, these were completed on Lewes Road in Brighton during 2016 and 2017 and provide a total of 126 studio bedrooms.

All built using an Austrian timber frame system over either a steelwork or reinforced concrete transfer structure, these projects redeveloped redundant retail space, a garage and a derelict public house.
