Upcoming retirement village at the iconic Rock Valley site in Mansfield.

On completion, the village will have 27 modern bungalows alongside stunning apartment buildings which will preserve the heritage of Rock Valley, by incorporating the historic clock tower from the former Metal Box Company factory.

The River Maun runs through the site in open air and below ground culverts, which will present a focal point of the scheme.
