New Lubbersthorpe Care Home

New Lubbersthorpe is a major new community in the heart of the East Midlands.

Working with Wynbrook and Franklin Ellis Architects, we are providing civil and structural engineering consultancy services for a new care home. The 66 bedroom facility will be located in a small mixed-use area next to the new Primary School. The development also encompasses two-storey retail units, complemented by a medical centre on the first floor.

Once complete, these components will culminate in the creation of the vibrant Tay Road feature square.
