Naseby Square, Market Harborough

A new housing development at Naseby Square in Market Harborough is set to bring much-needed affordable housing to the area.

The project, developed by Platform Housing Group on land previously owned by Harborough District Council, will feature 38 homes of various sizes available for rent and shared ownership. Recognising the growing demand for affordable housing, Harborough District Council has made this a key priority.

The high-quality construction is being carried out by Lindum Group, and we have provided civil and structural engineering consultancy. The project’s meticulous approach is evident in all aspects, from adoptable highways to drainage foundation design, with value engineering by HWA enhancing the drainage solution.

The homes are expected to be completed by Spring 2025.
