This marks the next step in the development of the new student accommodation project for Warwick University continuing our longstanding partnership with the client team and our involvement in the site area, both past and present.

This phase will comprise approximately 1,073 student bed spaces, which will be a combination of cluster flats and studios. There will be 131 co-living units and 654m2 of retail space. The project will also include external works for servicing, utility, amenity, and car parking. Our journey with the site so far has been extensive, covering pre-planning stages, civil engineering, and structural design services.

Ecology and landscaping are key design elements for the area. This thoughtful approach guarantees to create a balanced and pleasant living environment.
