Lambourne Drive Care Home

This scheme involved the construction of a 37 bed facility specialising in caring for people who have Parkinson’s disease or who have had a stroke.

Working directly for the design and build contractor Wynbrook Limited, we provided a full engineering service comprising structural and drainage design. A two story elevation to the rear was carefully designed to blend well with nearby houses with 1920’s period Mansard roofs. This complicated roof design was facilitated by adding steelworks to all floors.
