This project is a new student accommodation development located on the corner of Lewes Road and Moulsecoomb Way, to the North of Brighton City Centre close to Wild Park Local Nature Reserve.

The proposed development site was previously three land parcels occupied by two houses, a waste transfer station and a church building.

HWA were appointed for Civil and Structural Engineering services and have been historically involved to provide due diligence ground investigation services.

The new development is now a student accommodation building with up to 380 beds with associated communal areas and ground floor commercial office space including amenity, 14,000 square feet of employment and is within walking distance of two main universities, close to local bus and rail networks, with capacity for electric car parking.

The new site will provide regeneration of the local area whilst also providing student accommodation for higher educational establishments in Brighton.
