Hermit Street, Lincoln

Construction of 11 modern, environmentally conscious council homes, located in the heart of the city. Designed for a diverse range of needs, the Hermit Street project features 2 & 3 bedroom houses.

The construction takes place on the site of former domestic garages, which were demolished in the initial phases of the development, clearing the path for the construction.
The scheme was procured by Lincolnshire based contractor Lindum Group through Pagabo’s medium works framework. We are pleased to be providing civil and structural engineering consultancy services for this sustainable and inclusive urban development.
