This new quality care home is a transformative redevelopment of a site previously occupied by a former public house and lawn bowling green.

The project revitalises the area while preserving its historical connection to the community.

We provided comprehensive structural & civil engineering consultancy services including the design of the substructure and superstructure, as well as pre-planning services.

Comprising 67 state of the art bedrooms in a 3 storey building with a range of communal spaces including a hair salon, indoor cinema and bar. Residents can also enjoy an exclusive, meticulously maintained bowling green, home to the Sweet Pea Bowling Club, which brings a cherished local tradition right to their doorstep.
