Fernhill House Care Home is an award-winning, luxury care home in Fernhill which provides exceptional residential, nursing & dementia care where the elderely can enjoy a luxury break or time to rest and recover. We provided substructure, drainage and super structure work for Fernhill which included structural steelwork.

The care home has en-suite shower facilities, lounges, café, cinema/function room, assisted bathrooms,
commercial kitchen and laundry and a range of other ancillary rooms for the delivery of care to the
elderly infirm. The works also comprised of external works for the new buildings, including access and
egress roads, service access, staff and visitor car parking, foul drainage etc.
