Cranmer Street, Nottingham

Howard Ward Associates were originally involved in this project in 2008 when we were appointed to design a foundation scheme. This was installed so that a robust commencement was achieved to secure the Planning Consent for the site.

The project then moved into the next phase to a new build private residential building. The development is a 23 apartment block made up of 2 four storey buildings and associated external works which is the first phase of the site’s regeneration. The scheme provide spacious internal accommodation, roof terraces and under croft parking.
