This new residential development in East Bridgford comprises 88 new homes which will be accessed via a newly constructed road. Nottinghamshire County Council will adopt the road under S38.

We have been involved in the project from the early stages providing civil engineering consultancy services which were instrumental in advancing the design to the construction stage. This included ensuring full compliance with planning conditions and resolving any regulatory challenges. Our structural engineering team also developed the foundation designs for the site, supporting a smooth transition into the build phase.

The properties will feature air source heat pumps, smart heating systems and underfloor heating ensuring energy efficiency and modern comfort.
