Ashby School House Extension

The scheme involved a new accommodation block, dining room and kitchen facilities at this boarding secondary school.

We were able to demonstrate how a steel frame could be avoided in favour of load bearing masonry. In addition, our drainage solution separated foul and surface water (the latter going to a new soakaway) thus addressing the capacity issues of the existing system.
The project was completed successfully interms of both timetable and budget.
