HWA have been really busy lately and there is a lot to talk about regarding projects.

Completed Projects:

Construction Stage:

Work has started on a railway bogie cleaning building for Denby Transport in Lincolnshire
The Gate Church in Reading – an interesting project replacing the existing church building with a modern, state of the art new church and community centre
Work is also taking shape in Hinkley, Leicestershire with a 67-bed care home
Westwood Care home in Sheringham which is a new, modern 70-bed care home
Residential scheme in Normanton on Soar consisting of luxury barn conversions and individually designed new build properties
New B&M store in Mablethorpe
Local project in Stapleford on a site which was the former Magpie pub and is now underway for a new purpose-built residential 78 bed care home.
A scheme for 7 new homes in Aslockton, Nottinghamshire

Planning Permission Granted:

Talbot St, Nottingham – a commercial office building to become 318 student bed accommodation. Now underway with procurement package production
Planning permission is approved for replacement dwelling in Northwest Leicester in the open countryside
Residential barn conversion in Laxton
Reserved Matters Planning Approval granted for Cherry Willingham – 155 new home development outside Lincoln
London Road, Brighton which will be a redevelopment of retail space to be transformed into 156-bed student accommodation

Richmond Gardens, Bournemouth

Pre-Planning:

Planning Consent imminent for 120 Longwood Close student accommodation in Coventry circa 1,110 student beds
Planning Application due to be submitted in October for the redevelopment of a historic ice rink and gym in Bournemouth
Planning Consent imminent for Sheepscar Grove, Leeds which is a 300-bed student accommodation
