Progress update on Talbot Street, Nottingham

Our student accommodation project on Talbot Street, in the heart of Nottingham, is rapidly progressing, with several exciting updates to share.

A significant milestone was reached earlier this week with the concrete for the 4th floor being laid for the first pour, and the reinforcement fixing for the rest of the floor plate. On the ground floor of Wollaton Street, the start of the internal fit out has begun, with stud wall partitions being installed to the Talbot Street side of the building. In addition, the installation of the bathroom pods is well underway.

One of the week’s highlights was when Engineer Claudia Henry paid a visit to the crane tower cab. There, she had the opportunity to enjoy an exhilarating bird’s-eye view of the entire site and the city beyond.

We are immensely proud of how this development is shaping up in our beloved city of Nottingham.
