Last apartment sold at Tewkesbury Place, Beeston

HWA are delighted to have been involved in the development of the Tewkesbury Place apartments on Nether Street, Beeston. We were working with Wynbrook and they have confirmed that the last apartment has now been sold. This was Wynbrook’s first residential development in 5 years and has proved extremely popular attracting a range of clients from first time buyers to mature couples downsizing.
