The Cam Foundry, a brand-new student residential scheme accommodating 270 students in a range of suites, studios and townhouses, opened recently in Cambridge.
HWA began work on the project in 2013, providing pre-purchase due diligence advice and an Engineering Site Appraisal to identify potential development risk items for the developer. We also provided ground investigation and remediation services, assistance with site clearance monitoring, transport, civil, structural and highways engineering services. The scheme has now created a vibrant student hub in one of the world’s most renowned cities for academic heritage.
