Built on the site of the Clifton Bridge Inn, this impressive development offers 80 bedrooms and high quality facilities. It has transformed a dilapidated site into a valuable facility for the local community and sits well in its elevated position. Important factors such as unlocking the flood risk aspects of the site during the planning application stage were key to the success of the development, and we were pleased to offer our expertise on this project.
