Coaching and Mentoring in the workplace

Last Summer our senior management team enrolled on a Coaching and Mentoring in the Workplace course.

The course was run by Nottingham College who were partnering with the European Social Fund (ESF) for their High Level Skills project, the aim of which is to provide local businesses with impartial, practical support that will make a real difference to their organisation.

Upon successful completion of the training sessions a representative from Nottingham College came into the office and presented them with their certificates. The management team found the course to be of great benefit and are looking forward to putting their new skills into practice.
