The £22m scheme, located on Uffington Road, will provide a number of luxury detached homes, predominantly four and five bed, ranging from £400,00 to £1.4m as well as a valuable affordable housing element. Wynbrook is known for its bespoke residences and the Top Lock Meadows properties are being built from locally quarried and sourced materials that are in keeping with the look and feel of the historic town.
