Living Wage Employer Accreditation

We are now accredited as a Living Wage employer.

At HWA, we believe our staff are our greatest asset and this is reflected in the way we reward them. Becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer is our public commitment to fair pay, ensuring our staff in all roles earn a wage which is enough to live on.

The Living Wage Foundation believes in ‘a society where in-work poverty no longer exists’. Their mission is to encourage employers to play their part in tackling in-work poverty by providing a decent standard of living to all. They calculate the real Living Wage rates each year, using the best available evidence on living standards in the UK.
