It’s been all systems go in the office as planning applications for a number of projects we are involved in have all gone in for planning over the past couple of weeks. Working with McLaren Property and Summix Ltd we have provided pre planning civil and structural engineering support, including transport engineering, ground investigation and flood risk and strategic drainage design for five student accommodation and mixed use developments in York, Brighton, Bristol and Coventry. Regeneration of neglected or redundant sites are a key part to some of these developments, adding value and re energising city centre areas which would be otherwise under used.
