Located within Nottingham’s vibrant city centre, FABRIC represents a transformative addition to the city’s student accommodation offering. The 323-bed scheme was delivered on a highly constrained urban site, presenting a range of logistical, design and construction challenges from the outset.
Successfully overcoming these complexities required close collaboration between the entire project team, innovative thinking throughout the design and construction process, and a shared determination to deliver exceptional results. The end product is a high-quality, thoughtfully designed development that enhances both the student living experience and the wider cityscape.
The dual shortlist recognition highlights not only the quality of the completed development but also the strength of the partnerships that made it possible.
