Expansion of Senior Management team

We are pleased to announce the restructuring of our management team with existing staff stepping up to senior positions. With 2 new buy ins to the senior management team Associates Andy Bowler, who has been employed at HWA for for 6 years, and Dave Taylder, who has been with us for just under 2 years, sees them stepping up to Director level.

The expansion of our team comes in response to the growing pipeline of projects that we’re involved in, with an approximate construction value of £100million.

Director Dan Bailey will be also taking on the role of Managing Director, as our current Managing Director, Giles Ward, is taking a step back after 26 years. Dan joined HWA in 2013 and has more than 25 years’ experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer, working in the public and private sectors on varied projects both regionally and nationally.
