‘Everesting’ the steps for Children In Need

The HWA team responded to the call, and last Friday took part in Nottingham’s version of climbing Mount Everest for Children in Need. The event was organised by Franklin Ellis Architects, the aim being to complete 1770 ascents of the Park Steps in Nottingham, equivalent to the height of Everest, in six hours. Alongside other local construction industry firms our hardy team completed their quota with enough strength to spare to lift a pint in celebration. Well done and thank you to those that took part for helping to raise money for a great cause – even if they were still struggling to get upstairs at the office on Monday!
