Cumberland Place opens to students

September saw the official completion of Cumberland Place, a twelve storey, high specification student residence in Southampton for clients Investra Capital and Apache Capital Partners. This was attended by Director Dan Bailey who has led HWA’s involvement in the project.

HWA are very proud to have been involved in this high quality project since early 2016, providing pre acquisition advice and multi disciplinary engineering services through the site clearance, pre contract and post contract periods working with Rame Consulting, O’Connell East Architects, Clancy Consulting and Bennett Construction.

The celebration was ahead of the first students moving in, ready for the new academic year.
