For over two decades, Michaela has been an embodiment of dedication and resilience, making her story a fitting tribute to the spirit of this global observance.
In 2004, HWA welcomed Michaela as a valuable addition to our team, starting her journey in an administrative support role. Despite balancing professional and family commitments, Michaela’s dedication shone through, as she quickly became an indispensable member of our organisation.
Over the years, Michaela’s role evolved, reflecting her unwavering commitment and exceptional abilities. In 2022, she further solidified her role, earning the title of Practice Manager. Over the past two decades, amidst various transformations, Michaela has remained a constant in HWA’s business operations.
As part of her responsibilities, Michaela is in charge of managing the daily operations of the office. As a vital member of the management team, she advocates the cultivation of robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and staff.
Beyond her managerial responsibilities, Michaela ensures compliance with legislation, maintains financial records, formulates policies and procedures, and oversees the HR and administrative function of the business. Adding to her portfolio, she also shoulders the responsibility of safeguarding our ISO9001 compliance.
Michaela’s innate organisational prowess extends beyond the boardroom. She excels at planning business and staff social events, injecting her trademark enthusiasm and energy into fostering a positive office environment. The HWA team expresses profound gratitude for Michaela’s steadfast dedication, loyalty, and thoughtfulness towards every team member.
