Celebrating a year of Living Wage accreditation

It has been a year since we became accredited as a Living Wage employer.

At HWA, we truly value our staff and one way to show this is by ensuring everyone is fairly rewarded. Maintaining our status as an accredited Living Wage Employer is our way of publicly committing to providing adequate pay to all our employees, regardless of their role.

The Living Wage Foundation shares our belief in eliminating in-work poverty and aims to encourage employers to do the same by offering a decent standard of living. Every year, they calculate the real Living Wage rates based on the latest evidence of living standards in the UK. We are thrilled to announce that we, along with other regional and national businesses, continue to hold this accreditation.
