We are delighted that planning permission has been granted for a new 400 bed, 8 storey student accommodation development in Brighton. Working with McLaren Property and Morgan Carn Architects, HWA have provided due diligence and pre planning engineering support including ground investigation, flood risk and SuDS support as well as civil and structural design services.
We are now excited to be engaged to provide preconstruction civil and structural engineering consultancy services.
The site formerly housed a waste management facility and a bus depot before that. This will be an extremely worthwhile regeneration project uplifting the area and delivering employment space and community use areas as well as high quality managed student accommodation. We are delighted to be working again with McLaren Property, with whom we have enjoyed success on a number of projects over the past five years.
