Works are nearing completion for this project which is a new student accommodation development located close to Brighton city centre and adjacent to the student accommodation development (Aparto Vogue Studios) at 106 Lewes Road for the same client, McLaren Property. The scheme includes approximately 51 beds of studio style student accommodation, associated amenity areas and commercial space in a single block of accommodation.
Prior to development the site was vacant and being used as an open car wash as it had previously been a petrol filling station.
HWA were appointed for due diligence, ground investigation and demolition scoping services through to structural design and is fully booked for the September 2017 intake of students.
